Job Details
An established housebuilding company is looking for a 2+PQE property solicitor to join their In-house legal team based in the West Midlands. The successful solicitor will have experience handling a large volume of caseloads within a fast-paced environment, with experience of new build desirable. You will be required to manage a small team of conveyancers so a confident solicitor with good communication skills is essential. Salary is up to £40-45k depending on experience.
This market leading housebuilding specialist pride themselves on working closely with organisations and landowners, creating developments and communities that strengthen and add value to local communities. The company is looking for a 2+PQE solicitor to join their In-house legal team to support in the buying and selling processes across the business, and will be required to handle their own caseload.
Applications are welcome from 2+ PQE property solicitors, with experience of residential conveyancing essential. You must have experience of working on high volume caseloads simultaneously, with knowledge of new build desirable. The successful solicitor will manage a small team of residential conveyancers/ conveyancing assistants and must therefore be a decisive decision maker and react well within a fast-paced environment.
