Job Details
Residential Conveyancer - Raunds - Northamptonshire.
I am interested in hearing from residential conveyancers with regards to a role in the Raunds area of Northamptonshire, as part of a new venture for a law firm.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of handling their own caseload of conveyancing matters. Those with experience of working within new builds would be of particular interest who are able to progress files quickly and efficiently.
You would be working alongside an experienced consultant on matters and will be supported by a conveyancing assistant and will become a crucial member of the team right from day 1. You will be encouraged to get actively involved in the business development and networking side of things in order to help the firm continue their growth. So this would suit a property lawyer who want to be a key figure in terms of the future of the team in which they work.
As well as a basic salary which will be dependent on experience an attractive commission structure will be on offer.
This opportunity represents something different from the usual fee earner type roles within larger firms.
