You take over from the current head, the employment team is still relatively small compared to that of other departments, however they have a large civil litigation department and are ranked top tier for a number of more niche areas. You will lead and manage the team, as well as dealing with your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious work for both claimant and defendant. You will deal with a high quality of work and will have lots of autonomy within the post.

- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- You will have good experience of dealing with claimant, respondent, contentious and non-contentious work.
- Have a strong billings history
- Can lead and motivate a team, with a positive outlook
- Be ambitious and dynamic
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings.
