You will assist partners on a wide range of corporate matters from M&A to shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate finance and private equity.
The team advises on a full range of merger and acquisition transactions, public takeovers, tender offers, IPOs, secondary issues (both equity and debt), share buy-backs and corporate reorganisations and demergers to name a few.
You will also play a key part in business and practice development as a committed member of the team
Within this firm you will be encouraged to have plenty of direct client contact as well as having the opportunity to take a leading role in some transactions
