Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for a new challenge at a standout Yorkshire firm? Or looking for an opportunity to go part-time? Then this role may be for you!
Our client is a vibrant and friendly practice and is one of Yorkshires top regional law firms. For this role they are looking for someone to be based in their Ilkley office, with the view to support the other offices across the region as and when required, giving you access to a wide and varied client base.
Working with private paying clients you will be dealing with a full spectrum of family matters including dealing with pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and separation matters, children matters and settlement of financial issues to name a few. You will get exposure to a high quality caseload which will involve acting for high net worth individuals with significant assets.
The firm is looking for someone who is experienced within this area of law and have therefore indicated that candidates with upwards of 5 years PQE will succeed in this role, candidates that fall outside of this bracket that possess the correct knowledge and skillset are encouraged to apply. They need someone who is able to work autonomously as there will be existing cases to pick up and run with.
The Family team are really friendly and welcoming, so you'll have no problem fitting in. They are a high preforming team, all extremely driven and motivated so this role would suit someone who is keen to succeed. They have a really flexible approach and are happy to consider someone looking for either a part or full time opportunity. This role could be a fantastic opportunity for someone returning to work and who has worked in the Yorkshire market, as well as someone looking to further develop their expertise within a leading West Yorkshire practice.
