The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Employment Solicitor into their West End, London office.
You will work directly along a team of three very senior Solicitors, and one Partner. This role will have you dealing with a truly interesting client base which includes a roster of so many well-known individuals and companies. You would be hard pushed to find a role with this level of prestige and variety, making for an interesting caseload.
You will deal with a broad range of Employment work, both non-contentious and contentious acting for HNW individuals and businesses. The caseload will include; Employment tribunal, All ET and EAT matters, TUPE, Corporate support, Redundancies, Settlement agreements, Discrimination claim and Managing disciplinary.
This role will come with good training and prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.
- You will be a senior Employment Lawyer with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have good experience of dealing with your own employment caseload
- You will have first class communication skills and strive to deliver the very best in client service
- You should be a commercially minded individual
