Job Details
My client is a leading professional services provider looking to bolster their Birmingham office Cosec expertise and are now looking to bring on board an aspiring Company Secretary.
In this Birmingham-based role, you will be involved in:
-entity incorporations
-director and officer changes
-Companies House filings
-statutory register updates
-share transfers/allotments
-entity strike-off/dissolution
-annual accounts approval/review
There will be opportunity to also be involved with on-boarding new clients and providing advisory support.
This would particularly suitable for a Graduate (ideally in a business or law related discipline) with prior office-based or company secretarial experience looking to take on the ICSA exams or is already GradICSA qualified. Software experience/knowledge of Blueprint would be advantageous also.
Please note that if you are currently sitting ICSA exams and available from June 2018, this may be acceptable also, so please highlight this in your application.
