The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Corporate Commercial Solicitor for a highly regarded team based in Chelmsford. Reporting to the head of department, the successful Solicitor will utilise their skills and expertise in corporate and company commercial matters, to manage a complex caseload with minimal supervision. Ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times, the successful Solicitor will advise on areas to include: joint ventures; advice on LLPs and partnerships; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; intellectual property matters; corporate governance; acquisitions and disposals of businesses and shares and; franchise agreements.

Passionate about business development and marketing, you will build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, develop training and attend seminars and marketing events. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and solid experience in Corporate and Company Commercial experience;
Technically competent with good commercial acumen;
Outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach to your daily work will be essential;
Highly organised, able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Candidates will demonstrate a high level of IT Literacy;
Possess a keen eye for detail and a personable and pro-active approach to your work;
A pro-active team player with a flair for business development and marketing.
