QED Legal are working with leading national client who has a fantastic opportunity for a NQ Solicitor to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution department in Cardiff.

The team is ranked highly by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories and provides expert legal advice to a broad range of sectors including utilities companies, local and national government, education and private companies both large and small.

This role will involve managing a varied case load of general commercial litigation files to include contract and tortious disputes, intellectual property and information technology disputes, insolvency as well as defamation and liability claims.

It is likely you will have completed a commercial litigation seat within your training contract or relevant paralegal/fee earner experience. You will have excellent analytical skills, have the ability to effectively manage client relationships and ensure you meet client expectations.

A competitive salary £30,000 - £33,000 is offered together with a generous benefits package.
