Job Details
A law firm based near Coventry, are looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor on a permanent, full time basis. The Company offer legal advice on a variety of situations, for a variety of reasons, and have grown progressively over the years. They pride themselves on providing the best possible legal services to their clients and are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to support this.
The Role
The role will deal with a broad range of commercial matters, including but not restricted to:
- Transactional work; drafting, reviewing and negotiating shareholders agreements, NDAs, supply agreements and T&Cs
- Minimum of 5 years PQE is preferred though this is a guideline
The role would be perfect for a Commercial Solicitor who will market themselves and the firm, to assist in the further growth of the company. The role is ideally a full time position but part time applications will also be considered.
