Job Details
The London School of Commerce is a leading international higher education provider, with campuses located in central London and various overseas locations. We are currently seeking an Immigration Lawyer to be based at our London Bridge campus. The individual will be primarily dealing with Tier 4 visa matters, including conducting credibility interviews with students and should be adept at drafting and submitting Tier 4 visa applications. It is therefore essential that the candidate possesses strong knowledge of the Points Based System and the relevant Immigration Rules and Regulations, along with a very high standard of written communication skills. Handling of legal contracts/agreements with our partner universities and stake holders may also be required. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who wishes to make a long term career in a dynamic international organisation.
