Ideally you will have 2 years' experience within housing law and have experience of running files from inception to conclusion, including dealing with cases featuring potential health issues and personal injury.
Work will include issues such as Anti-Social Behaviour injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, Housing Benefit Tribunal action and Homelessness matters. You will be dealing with matters from inception through to trial, so you will be able to undertake your own advocacy.
