Spanning multiple legal disciplines across both commercial and private sectors, the firm possesses multiple accreditations from the Law Society. It is now experiencing sustained growth and is looking to hire a Private Client Lawyer for its office located in picturesque coastal town Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.

The Role
This is an opportune time to join a thriving private practice as a Private Client Lawyer taking on an established caseload to include: Wills; administration of estates; court of protection matters and; administration of trusts. Your duties will also include business development work to increase the standing of the firm and its private client department, so experience in marketing and networking would be advantageous. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and the opportunity for career progression.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client matters.
Client care and communication skills will be key strengths.
It would be advantageous to possess exceptional business development skills.
IT proficiency will be a skill.
It would be ideal to possess the ability to work well as a team and to thrive in a work environment using your own initiative.
