Head of Conveyancing

A Head of Conveyancing position has come available within a well-known Cumbria based Law firm. You will be situated within the Barrow in Furness offices, handling a full caseload and acting as the main point of contact for residential conveyancing matters. You must have previous management experience to be considered.

The firm have a very strong reputation across the Cumbria area and a well-developed conveyancing department - the work is already generated so you can hit the ground running. Over the past 12 months the firm have received an increased number of instructions, hence why the department is steadily growing.

There is 1 other fee earner in the department as well as a very experienced assistant and 2 secretaries. You will be responsible for ensuring each instruction is dealt with in an appropriate manner.

This role would suit someone looking for a position for the long term - there is no limit on how this department can develop and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development. The firm are very friendly and have a close knit team within all departments and have been known to offer flexible working.
