One of the city's most well regarded and Legal 500 recognized law firms have a fantastic new opening for an ambitious and driven NQ+ EL/PL Solicitor to join their award winning Casualty (EL/PL) department based out of their Liverpool city centre office. 
 
Working within a specialist casualty (ELPL) team, you will be working on behalf of their national clientele and local authorities on an array of public liability and employers liability (ELPL) claims from instruction through to completion. You will handle your cases through from the litigation process and be responsible also for a much smaller caseload of pre-litigated and litigated Industrial Disease matters, which will go hand in hand with your casualty caseload.
 
Ideally you will have previous defendant EL/PL personal injury experience and have experience of dealing with some complex and more technical claims. You will be an NQ Solicitor+ (up to around 3 yrs PQE) working as part of a reputable personal injury team.

Although this position is working within a dedicated defendant unit, if you have a strong EL/PL claimant background, you are actively encouraged to apply as you will be given equal consideration.
