Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Bedfordshire
April 2018 start – 3-6 months – £40-£45 per hour
Venn Group is working on behalf of a long established, high street practice in Bedfordshire, who seek locum support whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The role is due to start in April and is likely to last for a period of 3-6 months, on either a full or part time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad caseload to include the sale and purchase of commercial property, commercial lease work and landlord and tenant matters.
Our client is offering flexible working hours for those that require it, full time secretarial support, and an hourly rate of up to £45. Those seeking a higher hourly rate are still encouraged to apply.
To be considered for this locum opportunity you must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years' PQE in commercial property law.
