Fraud Solicitor (Claimant).
 
My client is a leading and extremely well regarded Merseyside based private practice specialising in Personal Injury. They are currently looking to further augment their dedicated Claimant Fraud team with the addition of an experienced RTA Solicitor (or Litigation Executive).
 
Working under a very experienced and renowned Partner within his close knit, dedicated and specialist team, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for an Fraud Solicitor/LVI specialist to join a growing team handling quality Claimant Fraud cases. 

Ideally you will have gained in excess of two years' experience managing Fraud/LVI cases as you will be responsible for handling all aspects of your own caseload of both litigated and non-litigated Personal Injury claims involving allegations of Fraud and/or Low Velocity Impact. 

To be successful in this Fraud Solicitor/Litigation Executive role in St Helens - Merseyside, you will have relevant experience of having handled claims involving allegations of Fraud/LVI, (ideally on the Claimant side however Defendant experience will also be considered) and have a good working knowledge of relevant case law and/or legislation.
 
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and expertise (guideline up to £32k), and as the team continues to evolve, offers real potential for future development and progression.
