Are you a real estate solicitor with between four and 8 years post qualifying experience and keen to make the move to a new firm in the Newcastle area?

If so then please do read on.

QED Legal's client, one of the most respected commercial boutiques in the North East, is keen to add a new commercial property solicitor to their team in order to further expand their real estate offering.

Perhaps you work for one of the country's large legal 500 practices but want to make the move to a smaller firm whilst still retaining the quality of work your currently enjoy. If so, then this role can offer that.

You will enjoy a caseload managing high-value acquistions and sales, commercial leasing and commercial lending for the UK's most recognisable banking houses and financial institutions.

It is easy to be overlooked in a larger firm and end up feeling like a tiny cog in a massive machine, but that most certainly is not the case with my client. Due to the size of the firm, your role will be key, your advancement will be steady and remuneration is as competitive as with the North East's larger practices.

Ideally you will have experience of business development as you will be required to be heavily involved in the future growth of the department and come with ready-made ideas on how to carve out your own client base alongside the caseload provided.

For additional information on this unique commercial property role in a cluttered vacancy market, please do contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.
