Position - Property Senior Associate / Partner Designate

Property Law / Residential Conveyancing / Residential Property / Residential Development

A new opportunity has opened for a Solicitor with a background in Property law work to join a Top 20 based practice at a Senior level. The firm have a focus on covering an integrated range of Property matters, from Construction and Planning through to downstream Residential and Commercial Property transactions.With this in mind the firm are now looking to bring in a qualified Solicitor into their highly regarded team. As such the firm are looking for a business minded Solicitor that with technical experience in handling matters related to general Residential Property matters. Any experience in either Real Estate and Residential Development or Regeneration matters would also be of interest. The firm would also require their joining Senior Associate to have a thorough understanding and experience in marketing to and developing business. With intention to grow the firm, any experience in hiring other solicitors and support staff would also be advantageous. This position would suit a Solicitor that has developed particular experience in building their own network of clients and are looking to move onto a firm that will give them the resources to develop their client base further and to develop a team and practice as they see fit, with an attractive bonus scheme in place.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in handling a broad range of Property matters
- A following of clients and experience in developing business.
- Ideally some experience in Real Estate and Residential Development and Regeneration.
