My client is a Tier 1 Personal injury law firm. Due to growth, they have a new opening for an NQ solicitor to join their public sector team in their Birmingham office.

This is a varied role within their public sector team and will involve you handling your own caseload of public liability cases for a number of their key clients including public authorities.

The team focuses on supporting various clients from central government departments to local authorities, educational institutions and parish councils. This is a varied role and will involve handling you own caseload from start through the litigation process and attending at trials. The cases will be made up of public liability cases so slips, trips etc. They are keen to support career growth in this sector and this position will include supporting the partners in the team on the more complex/high value cases. This will include cases of abuse, stress and misfeasance.
