Job Details
A multi-office full service regional law firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3yrs+ PQE) to join their expanding team based in Altrincham, Cheshire.
The Commercial Property team at this very highly-regarded practice prides itself on offering a high-calibre of work, a well established client base whilst being able to provide a genuinely good work/life balance and an enjoyable working culture.
Joining a team of 7 split across multiple offices, your role as the Commercial Property Solicitor will be to manage a caseload of real estate work. The firm have an established and loyal client base with many SME's, owner managed businesses amongst other national clients.
You must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3yrs+ PQE and have proven experience across a range of commercial property transactional matters, including landlord & tenant, freehold, leasehold, development, real estate finance and ideally some planning.
In addition, you'll be used lots of client contact and will be encouraged to develop strong working relationships with clients, referrers and the wider business community.
