A renowned national conveyancing firm is looking for a highly skilled technical conveyancer to handle the more complex work that comes through in the Manchester office.
My client is well known in the market not only for its national presence but also its flexible working and home-working options, generous benefits package and market leading salaries. This role can be undertaken on a part time or full-time basis either in the city centre office of on a home-working basis.
The role of technical conveyancer will involve handling a reduced case load of highly complex residential conveyancing files, but you will predominantly act as "trouble shooter" and guiding more junior members of the team through their own complex files. You will be the technical expert in the office.
The ideal candidate for this incredibly diverse, rewarding and flexible role will have several years of experience within residential conveyancing and will be technically excellent. You will be well versed in a huge range of types of transactions and be confident in your ability to mentor and guide more junior staff to ensure that complex files maintain a high quality and great customer care. Experience working within an environment that includes high caseloads will be ideal.
This is an incredibly interesting residential conveyancing role within a large national firm that offers a fantastic benefits package and a true understanding of flexibility.
