OUR CLIENT
A market leader in the property sector seeks to appoint a property Solicitor c 4-7 PQE to join an established in house legal function.
THE ROLE
As a member of a thriving in house team, you will be expected to handle a transactional workload, covering leasehold and freehold matters, acquisition of property portfolios, landlord and tenant work, lease extensions, advising on enfranchisement title issues and other work relating to conveyancing and risk management.
This role is a business facing opportunity reporting to the Head of Legal of a large well established in house team, and will require excellent communication/problem solving skills.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this much sought after role, you will be an experienced residential property lawyer with a solid background in conveyancing, strong technical skills and the enthusiasm to manage a diverse and interesting workload.
