Residential Conveyancer - Worthing £35K+

An opportunity has arisen with a firmly established local firm to take on the Residential Property caseload.

The firm are centrally based in Worthing town centre practice with a sound reputation and a genuine focus on the client experience providing a full spectrum of legal services to the local community with clients in the main consisting of private individuals and families but also businesses and companies operating both nationally and overseas.

You will be taking over and existing caseload and take on further incoming business. As the firm is established pipeline business has never been an issue. You will cover all aspects of residential property. Ideally you should be at least 2 years PQE and keen to broaden your experience, further support will be provided where required from the Senior Partner at the firm. An ability to identify further business opportunities and fresh thinking on business development would be viewed as highly advantageous and would allow you to really make the position your own and actively manage the residential business at the practice.
