The Firm
Our client is a highly reputable firm of lawyers in West London with a network of offices throughout the region, the office is within accessible reach of excellent rail links and public transport. Having built a reputation for their trustworthy and practical approach they embrace modern procedures with a blend of traditional values. Priding themselves on delivering prompt and pragmatic advice, they are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy conveyancing department.

The Role
The successful Conveyancer will undertake a diverse caseload handling both commercial and residential matters. Duties will cover new developments; sales; acquisition of businesses; commercial transactions; enfranchisement; residential property sales and purchases; lease extensions and; shared ownership. Additionally, the successful Conveyancer will be able to contribute new business development ideas and actively participate in marketing and networking initiatives, sustaining continuous success throughout the conveyancing department.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE;
With a profuse desire to participate in business development and marketing activities;
Managing experience would be highly advantageous;
Solid knowledge of Residential and Commercial Property matters is essential;
Ability to handle a diverse caseload to meet key deadlines;
Demonstrate excellent client and communication skills across all levels;
Be driven and work well on own initiative.
