Commercial Property Lawyer - Our clients a highly-regarded and established firm situated in South Bedfordshire are looking to appoint a further commercial property lawyer to their growing team.
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of solicitors or legal executives with 1-4 years relevant pqe. They now need a commercially aware lawyer, keen on business development and who can actively assist in marketing the firm as well as dealing with a variety of quality commercial property transactions. Working within a top team you will be expected to manage your own busy caseload of; freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases, lease renewals, variations, assignments and surrenders, 146 Notices and forfeitures, development sales and purchases and landlord & tenant issues.
