Commercial Property Solicitor – This is a rare and unique opportunity for any aspiring commercial property solicitor looking to join a top legal practice on the South coast.    Our clients who have been assisting businesses and individuals of Hampshire and East Sussex for over 40 years now need a further 3+pqe commercial property solicitor to join their team.

They are looking for a commercially aware solicitor with c.4+ year’s relevant experience in handing a busy caseload of commercial property transactions. He/she will be taking over an existing caseload of development, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work, freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers and leases & agreements whilst providing technical and practical advice to clients. This is an important hirer as they are looking for a candidate to step up in the next 2 years to manage the department. You will therefore need excellent business acumen and a commercial mind that can further develop the team and practice.
