The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a talented Real Estate and Projects Solicitor to join a growing team based in Leeds. Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload, advising clients including registered providers, local authorities and developers on a broad range of real estate matters. Areas will include: planning including s106 agreements; lease negotiations and drafting; structuring transactions; development projects; acquisitions and sales; conditional contracts and; advice on title problems. Knowledge and/or experience with Registered Providers is, therefore, highly advantageous but not essential.

Whilst this role is predominantly based in Leeds, it is envisaged that some travel to the practice’s other offices will be required. In addition, the successful Solicitor will be keen to develop upon their business development experience, participating in initiatives and building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships in the area.

The Candidate
You shall be a qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE and experience in development and acquisitions work;
Client-focused, building strong relationships and explaining complex matters in clear and accessible language;
Knowledge of Registered Providers is highly advantageous but not essential;
Possess excellent academics with a minimum of a 2:1 gained at degree level;
Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications will be essential;
Highly organised, professional and detail orientated;
A desire for professional development.
