QED Legal are working with a specialists Residential Conveyancing firm who provid a modern and highly professional customer orientated service for property sales, purchases and remortgages.

Due to continued growth qualified professionals are required at all levels from NQ through to Senior/Management level. Your caseload will consist of carrying out all legal aspects on a wide range of residential property transactions covering leaseholds , freeholds, registered properties and unregistered properties. Transactions will include purchases, sales, remortgages, auctions, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity, lease extensions, deeds of variation and complex defective titles.

More senior candidates will be required to act on more complex transactions and provide mentoring, training and advice to more junior members of the team. Remuneration packages consist of a basic salary figure with OTE of c£40K for the very senior positions. Incentives are clear and straightforward with a tiered reward plan in place.

If you are highly organised, efficient and comfortable in managing issues effectively you will succeed and be very successful in this role.
