Planning Lawyer

Our client is a highly regarded Local Authoirty based in the Home Counties. They are seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team as soon as possible.

The role is for an initial three month contract with the possibility of extension.

The position requires the successful candidate to be able to work in a busy environment with little supervision. Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Negotiating and drafting complex agreements
• S106 agreements
• S278 agreements
• Representing the council at Committee
• Advising on CPO matters and
• Assisting with regeneration projects
