Leading practice seeks Private Client Lawyer on a permanent basis in Kent.

The firm takes a modern approach to delivering bespoke client care and owing to its continued level of success, it is now hiring a pro-active and talented Private Client Lawyer to work on a full-time, permanent basis in their Canterbury office.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Private Client Lawyer to utilise their skills and expertise to manage a busy and varied caseload in private client. Ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times, the successful Lawyer will advise on areas to include: will drafting; tax planning both in the UK and internationally; estate administration; LPAs; inheritance issues and; trust matters. Additionally, the successful Lawyer will be keen to get involved with all aspects of business development and build long-lasting client relationships in the region. With responsibility from the outset and exposure to high quality work, this position is not to be missed.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
Technically proficient with solid experience across a broad range of private client matters;
Able to explain complex matters in clear and accessible language and pride yourself on excellent client care;
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy;
Is professional, personable and detail orientated;
A pro-active team player with a desire for professional development.
