Private Client Solicitor
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a talented solicitor to become a leading figure in the Private Client department of one of South Yorkshire's most respected law firms.
The firm takes an innovate approach to Private Client matters and by splitting work into pre- and post-death matters, solicitors are able to become specialists in their respective areas. This role, based in Sheffield, is focused predominantly on Probate matters, meaning you will be handling a really interesting caseload of the higher-quality, more complex files.
Despite being quite a niche area within Private Client, the matters you will be handling could be incredibly broad ranging, from simple grants of probate to the administration of complex estates, which could include more complicated assets such as overseas properties, businesses and various other assets.
As a senior figure in the department, you will not just have a straight-forward fee earning role you will also be assisting more junior members of the team, providing advice and guidance where necessary, making this a great chance to both handle an interesting caseload and develop supervisory skills.
This is a first rate opportunity for anyone who has a real interest in Probate matters and previous experience is a must for our client. Candidates who are around 4+ years' PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and experience to undertake the role, however this included those who are currently in a Private Client role with a solid grounding in probate work.
