This is an excellent opportunity with a very well established Newcastle firm, looking for an experienced lawyer with good previous experience (2 years+) of a broad range of commercial property cases. Applications from Solicitors, Legal executives and Licensed Conveyancers are all welcome.

The role involves working on a good, varied mix of quality commercial property files, with an emphasis on providing high service levels to all clients. This is a permanent, full time position offering excellent career development prospects for the successful candidate, who will be well supported and also allowed good autonomy within the role. The role also enjoys good admin support, allowing the successful candidate to focus more on fee earning and less on routine tasks. The position also benefits from a high level of varied marketing support.

You will have strong commercial knowledge and proven experience in managing your own commercial property caseload, along with an ability to engage with both clients and colleagues, working within a small, friendly and motivated department .

Excellent salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.
