The Role
Progressive firm recognised by the Legal 500 has an exciting opportunity for the position of Commercial Property Lawyer to join their friendly and diverse team. The successful candidate will be handling a mixed workload including, but not limited to: landlord and tenant matters; acquisitions and disposals and; commercial and residential site development. You can expect to be representing a wide variety of clientele including: banks; charities; property investors and; private individuals. The position requires a Lawyer who is approachable and personable with strong client care skills, an attribute the firm prides themselves in. The candidate should have a personal pride in their work and not only work proactively on their own, but also as an asset within their close-knit team.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with three or more years PQE within Commercial Property;
Ability to manage your own caseload;
Possess excellent client care skills, maintaining an appropriate level of client contact;
Produce work which is both accurate and articulate, without using legal jargon when conversing with clients;
Work within or exceed deadlines;
IT literate, willing to learn new systems and processes;
Undertake business development initiatives.
