The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Company Commercial Lawyer to join our client in Dorset, recognised by the Legal 500. The successful candidate will be handling a diverse caseload including, but not limited to: corporate transactions; business start-ups; drafting shareholder agreements; negotiating and drafting contracts and; reorganisations. You can expect to be dealing with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer issues. The candidate should have a personal pride in their work and not only work proactively on their own, but also as an asset within their close-knit team. The role will entail an aspect of networking and marketing, so a candidate who is willing to participate in further business development would be ideal.

The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with a minimum of five years’ PQE;
IT literate and willing to learn new systems and processes;
Excellent client care skills;
Ability to work to and exceed deadlines;
Willing to partake in business development initiatives.
