Associate General Counsel

The primary purpose of the Legal Counsel in this role is to provide legal advice and support to all areas of the business.

The team are hiring due to growth and you will be assisting with business support in the UK and some of Europe.

Key accountabilities include reviewing, drafting and negotiating various contracts, including new customer contracts to support new and bespoke business products and arrangements. You will provide general legal consultancy, compliance and GDPR, and M&A matters. This is a role where you can get involved with a variety of work and is ideal for someone who really want to immerse themselves within the business.

You will ideally have experience of working in the UK commercial sector, with a minimum of 1 years PQE. You will have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and be able to undertake duties without direct supervision.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to make the first move from private practice to in-house, or someone who is looking for a new challenge within a friendly and supportive in-house environment.
