Job Details
A newly or recently qualified Construction Lawyer is required to join the team of a modern and extremely progressive law firm that has grown substantially over the last 10 years to become a Top 200 UK Law firm.
State of the art systems, an open door culture, first class management and a client base of quality rather than quantity are on offer to a solicitor with a strong interest in Construction Law or Disputes
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team culture advising clients on all types of construction disputes, including payment issues, extensions of time, loss and expenses claims, defects, professional negligence and insurance claims. Cases are run in adjudications, the TCC, county court and arbitration.
You will also advise on construction documentation including contracts, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, professional appointments and bonds. Training will provided if you have no non-contentious experience. The role also includes advising on other contractual and commercial disputes.
