Court Of Protection Solicitor

My client has an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative national law firm and department. Their Court of Protection team deal with the full range of services relating to property and financial affairs including deputyships, damages management, trusts, and statutory wills. They are able to combine our legal expertise with financial management and planning, investments, tax returns and accounting services.

You will be working within a fast-paced team on a stimulating mix of cases. You will not only be technically excellent but also a good communicator with rounded client service skills. You must be able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, be empathetic, supportive yet directional.

If you are interested in the Court of Protection we would really like to hear from you. You must have good IT skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
