My client, a top tier Legal 50 firm, are currently seeking a commercial IT Senior Associate/ Legal Director to join it's Tier 1 ranked team based in the Cardiff office.
This commercial firm has an outstanding reputation and holds Tier 1 rankings across several sectors. The firm offers the highest quality of work and a refreshing culture.
There is now an opportunity for you as a commercial IT Senior Associate to join this firm's high ranking team. You will work on a full range of commercial IT transactions and outsourcing work.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following attributes:
- Fully qualified commercial IT solicitor (ideally a minimum of 5 years' PQE)
- Expertise in commercial IT transactions and outsourcing gained at a similar firm
- Good academics
- Experience of public sector contracting and use of the government legal service model terms is desired, but not essential
