As a result of an expansion we are looking for a dynamic lawyer with a “can do” approach to manage a caseload of challenging and varied litigation and advice relating to adult community care.

The successful candidate will need to have good quality technical expertise and experience in community care law, including the Court of Protection, Mental Health Act applications and Adult Protection.

Case management experience, to include drafting own pleadings and advocacy before first tier courts and tribunals and/or equivalent forum is a pre- requisite. 

You must be organised and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision while still being a valuable team player.  You must also have excellent communication skills enabling you to build strong relationships with clients. 

Post are open to qualified solicitors, barristers and Fellows of CILEX.  We are open to candidates who are newly qualified provided that they can show they have had relevant experience.
