You may be a current Head of Department with a particular interest in Court of Protection. You may be looking for a new challenge to join an existing and successful Private Client department looking to strengthen and drive your Court of Protection arm forward. This role poses as a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who has a particular interest and strong networking links within Court of Protection to join a well-established Yorkshire firm with a national reputation.
 
The firm requires a senior Private Client Solicitor to head up the new Court of Protection arm with previous experience in this area.
 
It poses as a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and make the role their own, with progression opportunities available from the outset.
 
To be considered for this Private Client Solicitor role, you will have previous experience of dealing with the full spectrum of private client, with a strong focus on Court of Protection. You must have circa 6 years’ + PQE with a desire to lead and drive a department.
