They now have a headcount of over 400 Lawyers with offices nationally and internationally. The practice are top tier for Employment law and have recently won several industry awards; they have an unrivalled level of expertise with many of their lawyers often working on secondment in-house for some of the largest global brands. They are currently experiencing a surge of new work which has created a new role for an Employment Lawyer at their City of London office.

They have several divisions which complement the Employment Department nicely, and with a large creative, marketing department it ensures the firm remain at the top of their game. They work across many industry sectors but have particular strengths across; Advertising and marketing, media, engineering, retail, fashion, financial and technology.

The Employment department has a truly global reach and continues to expand its offering in the Asia-Pacific. The Employment department deals with a broad range of work ranging from HR support right through to advising on the most complex or contentious of disputes. They offer innovative advice and value adding services also offering consultancy, training and support internally with their lawyers working on secondments.

Due to their growth, the firm can provide an excellent platform for progression. This role would suit a lawyer who feels they have hit a glass ceiling or are working in a top heavy department.
You will be an Employment Lawyer with at least five years PQE. It is essential you have had excellent respondent experience, including Corporate advisory work. You should be a rain maker and have a good billings track record. You should be working within a well-known Employment department and have first-class technical knowledge. Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience. Also, you will receive a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package.
