Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal secretary to join a large, well-established law firm based in the centre of Birmingham. This down to earth law firm is now looking to recruit a legal secretary to join their built environment department on a full time, permanent basis.
Based in the centre of Birmingham, you will provide key support and assistance to up to three fee earners within the built environment department where your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing
- Diary management
- Regularly meeting with fee earners to discuss the work and requirements
- Assisting with email management and routines
- Liaising with clients
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Supporting with key administrative tasks
