My client, a forward thinking practice based in Widnes, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join the team.

This small traditional Firm is searching for an additional team member to boost the Residential Conveyancing Team and boasts a family feel, supportive environment to work in.

The role will consist of managing a caseload of existing files from inception to completion with an Assistant and will involve Sales & Purchase, Residential Leases, New Builds, Re mortgages, Joint Ownership, Transfer of Equity, Right to Buy, Plot Sales and Tenancy Agreements. Commercial Property experience would be an advantage.

Eligible candidates will have at least 2 years of experience dealing with their own files without supervision. Candidates do not necessarily need to be a Qualified Solicitor for the role but ideally you will be a Licensed Conveyancer or Filex trained. You will be able to work well under pressure with a high standard of accuracy and have a methodical and logical approach to your work. You will be able to communicate to a range of people and be a smart professional, hardworking and a personable person.
