Job Details
A highly regarded law firm, based in Birmingham City Centre, are looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Paralegal to join them on a full time permanent basis. The firm are known nationally for the quality work they carry out, and are highly regarded within the industry. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Industrial Disease Paralegal to add an award winning law firm to their CV.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload of pre-litigated Industrial Disease cases.
- Providing supervision to the team, and advising on technical issues.
- Using a case management system.
- Drafting legal research, and attending conferences and court as required.
This role will suit an Industrial Disease Paralegal looking to manage a varied caseload of high quality pre-litigated industrial disease cases, ideally with experience in defendant matters. You will need to have a good technical background, with a strong understanding of CPR procedures.
