A leading multi office law firm with offices across the South of England are currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Executive/Assistant to join the expanding Residential Property department. You will be joining a well-regarded team who deal with all property transactions in particular buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties. The property team have expertise in many areas including lease extensions, buying from developers, re-mortgaging as well as transfers of ownerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading property team who are Lexcel, CQS accredited and deal with high quality work. Within the property team, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of files from instructions through to completion dealing with sales, purchase, remortgage and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing firm, who can offer a comprehensive benefit package, excellent opportunities for progression. You will either be a full or part qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Conveyancing Assistant.
