Commercial Property Solicitor

You will join the growing commercial property department of an incredibly ambitious practice. You will take a leading role in the property department, handling the vast majority of commercial transactions coming into the firm. You will be invited to participate in business development, with the firm’s managing partner already taking a lead on this front and growing the firm’s commercial client base. Longer term, you’ll be given the opportunity to progress into a senior role and, ultimately, grow a team around you.

Commercial Property Solicitor – Newcastle

PQE / Experience: 3+ years PQE

Commutable from: Gateshead, Sunderland, North/South Shields

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (entirely subject to experience)

• Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience
• Experience of handling a range of commercial property transactions and advisory matters
