A leading regional firm is looking to appoint an insolvency solicitor to help grow and develop their insolvency practice.
 
This full service legal 500 law firm offers a senior insolvency solicitor a rare and unique opportunity to join at an exciting stage of expansion.
 
This role arises due to the expansion of a small department. As an insolvency solicitor in this department you will come on board at a senior level working alongside a senior associate who has done a fantastic job of developing the work over the past five years. You will be joining the insolvency and debt recovery team advising on all aspects of corporate insolvency and debt recovery matters dealing mainly with contentious work.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an insolvency solicitor to join a firm that will provide autonomy to the right person to enable them to develop on their already reputable department. You must have at least five years’ experience as an insolvency solicitor working free of significant supervision. This firm has offices throughout the West Midlands and their case management system easily allows work to be transferred between offices so location is flexible.
