Top 100 Law Firm - Bath
My client, a progressive Legal 100 ranked law firm with offices across the country, are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Paralegal to join their well regarded Residential Property team team based in their central Bath offices.
You will have access to a varied array of property files including HNW clients, Farms and Estates. Ideally you will have solid experience dealing effectively with cases and transactions including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, leasehold extensions, Re-financing and re-mortgaging, Affordable housing and transfers of equity.
