The Role

This firm are looking for a Private Client solicitor (3+ Years PQE) to join their flourishing Private Client office in Brighton, West Sussex.

You will manage various wills, probate, trusts, inheritance tax, Court of Protection and power of attorney matters for a range of private clients. This will include attending clients, drafting documents, managing probate caseloads, preparing applications to the Court of Protection, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and handling General Affairs files, dealing with tax and trusts where applicable and preparing accounts.

They will provide comprehensive training to everyone who joins the practice and offer an excellent salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work as part of a successful team.
